The staff at Ibis were absolutely fantastic. They did not hesitate once when we asked for help, from receiving our food deliveries, to giving advice on where to eat or how to get around. Farid and Rainer specifically, we cannot sing their praises enough. The location is also just fantastic, a 5 minute walk from the main station, and a tram just outside the hotel, allowed us to get around very easily. Thanks to all for the stay and we'll definitely be back soon!

Good value hotel near train station and town centre. We found it easily on foot. Very comfortable bed and good shower room. No tea tray but 24 hour bar including hot drinks. Clean and welcoming. Good value. Would stay again. Nice town. Went to Nordinglen on train as a day trip, stayed 2 nights at this hotel.

Staff is very polite: I stayed at the long queue to check in and they asked me to sit down in order to wait and suggested me any kind of drinks at the expense of the hotel. Room was fantastic - all clean and light. Breakfast was good and tasty, liked the way they serve everything.

Excellent and quite large room, located 3 minutes from the center. Norer was provided to us, as we asked for, with separate beds. There is also an underground garage - great. The room had a heater and air conditioner, which is probably important, but we did not use it.
